Generally copyright is infringed by an identical reproduction of the original work. This talk demonstrates that the English Courts remain entirely willing to find infringement when the reproduction is far from identical. Allen v JK Murray AKA Rowling is a good example of that principle of infringement
in a story line-Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
